Added Lightning and fixed rain

• Added Lightning ⚡

  • Rain has a 1/6 chance to happen, Lightning has a 1/12 chance.

  • They can happen together or separately every 240-600 seconds and last at least 240 seconds.

• Added a secret island with a vault.

• Added beacon for Kit Boss

• Minor optimisations.

• Deleted more useless code.
