Happy launch day Arenas players! It’s been awesome seeing everyone battle it out in the new mode and The Elites have been paying attention. We’re listening closely to your feedback and reports, and are working to address these bugs.
Many of the issues you may have experienced in Arenas earlier today have already been fixed up, and below are fixed in future game updates that we’re tracking down:
✅ Already Fixed or Adjusted
Matches now start properly again, and pre-match lobbies will no longer get “stuck.”
You’ll no longer see the error messages ‘Have too many party members’ or ‘Unavailable due to party size’ when transitioning from a different game mode into Arenas.
Fixed a controller bind issue where Tactical Sprint and Open Leaderboard are bound to the same button.
After some adjustments, Arenas matches should now matchmake you with more evenly skilled opponents.
Fixed an issue where some floors were unintentionally destructible.
The inventory UI was sometimes not visible during an Arenas match.
The recap section is missing from the Arenas post-match screen.
Arenas Quests are now updating properly and tracking progress.
⏭️ Fixed in a Future Game Update
Ranks are incorrectly displayed in the Arenas lobby. This is only a visual issue and does not affect actual rank progression. The Rank progress currently shown at the end of your Arenas match is your accurate rank.
Zadie’s dialogue lines incorrectly appear in English for players in different languages.
Preferred Item Slots aren’t respected, and items in the inventory aren’t persistently sorted after each round.
The in-match Arenas Overview description is missing.
"1v1 Me" button sometimes fails to properly assign players to the proper "first to seven" match.
Toggling Ranked ‘Off’ in the Arenas playlist will fix this as a temporary workaround while we work on a permanent fix.
🔎 Fixes in Progress
The mini map sometimes remains visible after being eliminated in Duos.
Post-match Ready Up button may not be working properly.
Arenas stats are not properly showing up in the Career Tab.
* PSA: The visualized audio that shows footsteps is intentionally disabled in Arenas.
Let us know what else you’re seeing, and welcome to Arenas!
