Ice King has been changed to have different summon requirements:
The first person to collect a relic will become the Ice King
Any relic collected while ice king is active will not summon a new Ice King until they are eliminated
The first person to collect a relic after the Ice King defeat will become Ice King
If Ice King is defeated after all relics are collected there won't be a new Ice King
FIXES
There no longer won't be multiple Ice Kings
Icons should appear on the map when relics are active (if not I don't know why they should be)
