Hey Epic,

I think making special rewards entirely RNG-based can make events frustrating, especially when players spend hours playing without getting any closer to their goal.

Instead, I'd suggest a visible progression system.

For example:

• Every match contributes toward a guaranteed special reward.

• Players can see their progress toward unlocking it.

• Rare drops can still happen randomly before reaching the guarantee.

• Special events could temporarily increase progression.

This would preserve the excitement of rare drops while making sure players feel their time is being rewarded.

Let players see some type of progress, not just hope for "luck".

Yeah, I feel like rarity of the token is taking everyone's focus away from the fun, sprites, lore, etc.

I respect Epic as a game dev but this needs to be fixed tbh.
