i spent 2000 vbucks to get to rebirth 60 and im stuck at 59 and cant get 60, it breaks the game if i try to rebirth again please fix this issue or give me a refund

I was able to get into the VIP that gave you the 10M wins but now I can't get back into it? What's the code for it instead of having to do the rebirths again?
you don't have 40 rebirths so you can't enter the world
