Deluge Development

Heya!

Added a couple characters, a quest, and some other stuff to what's now called the Deluge POI.

it's here in the northeast corner.

I'm using the Bunker Jones skin for the Deluge Quartermaster for now. If you talk to him, you can repeat a "clear Miasma" quest by lighting the lamps on the north perimeter.

I'll be working on some VFX/Audio, and a conversation device to make this a cooler experience, but wanted to test it for feasibility for now.

Give it a show and let me know if you like the direction.

Also added Autumn at the hut and updated the clocks on the central island.

Did another pass on the Miasma quest this weekend. Added audio and vfx, and tuned the sky volumes. Feedback welcome. Tried using HUD messenger as narrative, but maybe it should be a conversation device.

Tuned fog, removed 2 sets of audio/fog/trigger/etc (quest is now 5 instead of 7). Added antenna and lightning.

interesting, might have broken because I tried to add a third, then deleted it, so maybe it got confused. here's the other one.

I really like the vibe of this screenshot. I want to tweak the lighting slightly, get a rim light on the left, but otherwise, love the atmosphere.
