Epic Games, can you please explain this? You don't deal with the hackers and instead ban regular players. I have seen someone's response by saying that they were banned, even though they weren't hacking or cheating at all. They even brought a lawyer into the situation, and Epic Games are trying to ignore the law. For Pete-sake, my account got, as I like to call it, Hijacked. Someone hacked onto my account and gifted themselves something for soemthing around 2,000 vbucks. They weren't even on my friends list. Along with that, the hacker played on PC. This means that he would have had to use your launcher, which means that your 2FA was involved. I informed Epic Games via both Bug Report and Email. They didn't listen to a single thing. They said they couldn't help me, even though they had the power to do something about it. My friend informed me that the hacker got banned for somewhere between a couple days and a week. I don't know if that was true or he was trying to cheer me up about the situation. Epic Games needs to get their act together, but they won't, because, no offense, they don't have the guts do actually take care of the real hackers and instead target the players instead of the hackers that are held responsible.
Did they change how legendary royales work or what? I used to get excited cuz every time i find a normal chest it would guarantee a mythic or exotic, but now only half the chests are rare chests, and normal chests dont give anything good
