There's a game-breaking bug when I load into the island while a match is in progress. In the next match when I should load in I'm instead staring at the ocean and four Triggers while everyone else plays.
This. Also, no matter when or where I match make, I always get thrown in a game with a very low player count. Since the other day, I’ve never been in a full game, or a game beyond 8 players.

That's exactly what happened. Now that you mention it, I also get into extremely low player count servers, sometimes with no one in it.
