Fortnite Festival v42.00 Update Notes

Hi all! Here’s a quick look at bug fixes and improvements in today’s update, and a heads-up on some known issues we’re fixing in a future game update:

✅ Bug Fixes & Improvements

• [Main Stage] Songs in the setlist will now properly display the user icon of the player who added them.

• [Main Stage] The lane divider on the track will now display regardless of the Pro Colors setting.

• [Main Stage - Pro Drums] There should no longer be input conflicts when an Overdrive activation gem appears on top of a Kick gem.

• [Main Stage - PC] The mouse cursor should no longer snap to the center of the screen while scrolling through Leaderboard tabs.

• [Main Stage - Mobile] Gems should no longer erroneously appear as silver on certain Android devices.

• Known Issues Being Fixed in a Future Game Update:

  • [Main Stage] Auto-emote setting may not always apply properly.

  • [Main Stage - Pro Lead/Pro Bass] The green fret on the guitar peripherals can stop responding during Local Multiplayer.

  • [Main Stage - Pro Drums] Smashing two cymbal gems at the same time can break the streak.

  • [Main Stage - Pro Drums] Scoring discrepancies when the player is using Lefty Flip.

Is the Jam Track cache bug fixed or on the team's radar at all? It's if you hear enough unique Jam Tracks, new ones will never load until you leave and rejoin a session entirely.

Having the option to see other players' highways in the standard multiplayer, like how it is in local multiplayer, would be AWESOME. Is there any possibility we could see this added to Festival in the future?

Is there a way to turn off the lane dividers?
