We hope you all have a great time playing. However, if you run into any issues, bugs, or anything that doesn't seem quite right, please let us know below so we can investigate and get them fixed as quickly as possible.
Reporting a Bug
When reporting a bug, please include as much of the following information as possible:
Description
Please give us a detailed description of the bug and explain what happened. If possible, include the location where you encountered it.
Platform
Let us know which platform you're playing on. This helps us identify whether the issue may be specific to a particular platform.
Frequency
How often does the issue happen? For example, does it happen every time, occasionally, or only once?
Can You Reproduce It?
Are you able to consistently recreate the issue? If so, please let us know the steps you took so we can try to reproduce it ourselves.
Screenshots & Videos
If you have a screenshot or video showing the issue, please feel free to include it with your report. These can be incredibly helpful when investigating bugs!
