A new boss appears in each game in the new glacial zone introduced in PelfoxNite Winterfest. You can defeat it to obtain the following loot:

During the FROST RUSH event, the storm rages and inflicts 5 DPS (damage per second) during ALL YOUR MATCHES! You must therefore be extra careful not to stay out of the battlefield for too long.
Active Overshield
You also possess a slight Overshield of 50. Therefore, throughout your games, you will have an additional 50 shield.
Gift of Freezing Grenades
At the start of each match, upon launching the Battle Bus, you receive 4 Freeze Grenades. These grenades allow you to propel yourself slightly and experience a freezing effect for a short time.
