The Halloween event is now live in Escape Grul. Spooky season is here and Grul has put up his decorations for his favourite holiday. This years event will be live for the entire month of October.
Summon the pumpkin 🎃
For a limited time: activate the gateway by collecting all 5 jack-o-lanterns to summon the Pumpkin Launcher item.
Tricks and treats 🍭
Three new items have been added to the item store.
Jumpscare: Plays an intense jumpscare for all players.
Reveal Grul: Reveals Grul's location for the duration of the game.
Dance Ray: Stuns Grul and forces him to dance.
New Grul AI behaviour 🤖
The improved Grul AI behaviour that was previously available in the Advanced AI mode is now available in all game modes. This new AI is much more responsive and uses new animations.

Added the ability to hide under each side of the bed in Grul's room.

Added store access to the spawn room and prison cell.
Added a notification when Grul is stunned.
Added VFX and SFX when Grul is teleported with the Portal Gun.

Fixed an issue where voicelines would not play.
Fixed an issue that allowed Grul to enter the spawn room.
Fixed an issue where lightning VFX from the Lightning Gun would sometimes become stuck on Grul.

Proximity voice chat has been disabled due to a game related issue and will be re-added when possible.
