There's a bug in the back of the big bank. Once you're inside if you go through the first green door and then take a left you can jump straight through the window on the back wall.

can you add sitting animations to furniture in the properties?

Add some of the newer guns from this chapter into gunstores or maybe add a ‘!black market’ for specific weapons.

also there’s a bug with the gun vendor sometimes spawning outside the map
