Party Synergy: RUSH
-Each party elimination during RUSH now extends its duration by 1 second.
-RUSH starts at 10 seconds, with a 20 seconds cooldown from activation.
-Once both the effect and cooldown have ended, RUSH can be activated again by meeting its conditions.
