We want to sincerely apologize to all players affected by a recent critical bug since the new updates on the Pack the Brainrot map. Due to an unexpected issue, some player data was lost. We understand how frustrating this is, and we take full responsibility.
🔧 What happened:
A bug caused certain player progress/data to reset
The issue has now been identified and fixed
We are actively working to prevent this from happening again
🎁 Compensation for affected players: To make things right, we will be offering compensation to players who were impacted.
👉 If you lost your data, please reply to this post or react with the designated emoji so we can identify you. Eligible players will receive an in-game compensation as a thank-you for your patience and support.
