Unfortunately, we're unable to restore lost progress or directly refund V-Bucks. However, we're committed to making this right.
Next weekend, we'll be hosting a HUGE Recovery Event with overpowered boosts, special events, and massive rewards to help everyone recover their progress as quickly as possible.
We're also making improvements to help prevent this from happening again.
