A quick note about the Botboy Arenas Endgame Simulation maps — Not So Lovely Storm Duos and Shogun City Duos Endgame.
These maps use custom endgame logic designed to constantly track which teams are still active during a round. The system only allows a round to properly progress when there are multiple opposing teams in play.
Because of that, these maps are not designed to function as solo experiences. If only one player or one team is present, there is no opposing team for the system to evaluate, so the endgame sequence cannot operate as intended.
With two or more opposing teams, the system tracks the battle until only one team remains and then ends the round automatically.
They are built specifically to simulate a proper Fortnite Duos endgame — team versus team, one life, last duo standing.
Solo players are still welcome! You do not need a full duo on every team. The only requirement is that at least two different teams are occupied so the endgame system has opposing teams to track.
That means two solo players on separate teams can still play normally
