I just passed all 25 rooms on my Xbox while my daughter was playing on the phone and when I left the room and went back in everything was reset, on my Xbox and on the phone. I had 6 escapes. Now I have the start all over new. I lost all money and guns I worked hard to earn. There’s 2 guns I paid with my v bucks! How do I get my equipment back or my v bucks. 😭😡

El creador comenzó quitando la caja que daba monedas por tiempo seguido jugando, a causa de un fallo, del cual yo no me beneficié porque todo lo que gané fué con las normas del juego... Vale, soporto eso, soporto las armas que regala en eventos que no sirven de nada como la ultima llamada Mamut Lemmon o algo asi, pero que ahora nos quiten todo???? No hombre!!, eso no se hace a tus seguidores y jugadores!! Espero que solo sea un fallo y lo arreglen.

Same thing happened to me, I had been through over 20 times, I lost my crown and vip status and all money and gears… I had every weapon unlocked! Now I’m back to nothing!
Yesterday I logged in and all my progress, crown, wins, diamonds, weapons, even ones I spent V bucks on are gone… lost my vip status… what is happening here? Will I at least get a refund?
