New Event: ESCORT THE PAYLOAD

I've added a new event for escorting the payload. The mechanics are already known, but to summarize: when a random event round occurs and this event is selected, Team Rocket must prevent Team CARS from escorting the payload to the end of the indicated point. The team that achieves its objective will receive a x3 multiplier bonus to the round reward.
