There's a issue when you buy one of the guns with v bucks if u lost it or change de lobby u need to buy again, or there's a way to get again if u own it?

I bought the weapons that required vbucks but when I got into another game it all refreshed and said I don’t own them any more but it said once I buy them they become permanent to use

This is pathetic, and the items don't have V-Bucks refund support.

I bought weapons with V-Bucks and I can't use them, please fix this! I've already submitted a support ticket.😡
