Hi, I’m having a serious issue with Zombie Merge Tycoon. I’ve been playing for over a year and raised more than 21 million zombies.
Recently, my entire save stopped loading. The map loads, but my progress does not appear at all. I have not rebuilt or saved anything, because I know that could overwrite the save.
This seems like a persistent stats / save sync issue, possibly after a recent update.
Could you please check:
if there are currently save problems with the map
or if my progress can be restored server-side?

While we continue investigating on our side, could you please try the following steps?
Press the Merge button and check whether your zombies appear afterward.
Leave the map and rejoin it to see if your progress loads correctly after re-entering.
Try joining from a private server instead of a public one.
From what we can see so far, this does not appear to be a loss of persistence or saved data, but rather an issue where the server/map you are joining may be broken and therefore not loading the data correctly, even though it still exists.
If you could please confirm:
whether pressing Merge makes your zombies appear,
whether rejoining the map fixes the issue,
and whether the problem also happens in a private server,
that information would help us greatly in identifying the exact cause and resolving it as quickly as possible.

I have followed all recommended troubleshooting steps, however the issue still persists. My save data is still not loading correctly. In addition, both the Samples and Coins values are not displayed and remain at 0.
This strongly suggests that the persistent save data is not being read or synchronized properly. I have deliberately not progressed, rebuilt, or saved anything, in order to avoid overwriting the existing data.
I kindly ask you to check whether there is a known issue with the map’s save system, or if a server-side fix or restoration of the persistent data is possible.
