Hello there, what about the people who have their score at around 13k, then it must've glitched or erased to zero and it hasn't be fixed. I been going to Tuffs since August 2025 and that happened to me. Is there a way to fix it?

Edit: I understand if my score can't get my score back but can I at least start fresh with a new score instead of it staying at zero for months?

he doesn't care i lost my 15k+ score like many months ago and tried asking for help but no response..
