Nuclear Battleground: Morgantown Update V42

In this update I wanted to switch things up a little so I changed the way players access weapons. I removed the Weapon wall and added loadouts to the classes instead. I doubled the number of classes from 7 to 14. So basically each original class has 2 variants. I also decreased the health and damage of the creatures around the map to make fighting them more fun. I removed the 30 minute time limit so players are encouraged to reach the score limit to win the match.
