Offline Earnings, The Mine & More

Recess is in session! This week's new card pack drops alongside a stack of new features, including one of your most-requested yet: Offline Earnings.

Here's what's new:

🎒 Recess Pack: This week's set is live, with 9 new cards to chase.

💤 Offline Earnings: Earn a portion of your income while you're away, up to a current max of 3 hours.

⛏️ The Mine: A set of gold nodes just outside the center market. Mine them for cash that scales with your income, and watch for the glowing node: it earns extra income per swing and can even drop occasional gems.

🎨 Binder Customization: A new station at your base lets you customize your binder, page, and trim color, with new colors unlocked through the achievement system.

🏆 Achievement Upgrades: Claim your achievements from a new podium right at your base, plus a new alert that pops the moment one's ready to claim.

Offline Earnings and Binder Customization are just getting started. We'll be building out more depth and progression for both in future updates.

Some good additions, but why make it a portion of offline earnings? Grinding money is awful in this game when you get to higher pages.

what is the max level of the cards? (not upgrading to 10)

I love the new updates, keeps me more involved in the game.

1 suggestion, can we please get a gem total locked on our screens please, above our cash would be great.

Keep up the great work, I don't usually get so hooked on a creative game but I have on this one.

make a area where people can freebuild and 1v1

weekly weekend events like the admin event and summer event were a lot of fun and ive been playing one hoping for one each weekend. Will these return or if not it would be great if these were incorporated.

This game has so much potential, but it basically shoehorns you into spending v-bucks to make actual progress. The spawn rates of cards is atrocious (and apparently never changes even with upgrades) and 80% of your spawns are either the first 3 packs forever or packs you can’t afford and can conveniently buy with v-bucks.

Not to mention the 3 hour offline limit?? That’s the worst part about this. It being an idle game is crazy because once you put packs down to your limit (most of which have timers over an hour long up to multiple hours), you have to either throw stuff away, sit slaving away with a pickaxe that takes INSANELY long to upgrade, or you guessed it, buy vbucks. So either you stay on the game doing exactly that, or you log off and only get 3 hours of income, making it almost impossible to really progress to a certain point. This game is a shameless cash grab, that’s well designed and could be really fun if it wasn’t so obvious you can’t really make significant progress without opening your wallet.

Do yourself a favor and play other tycoon games that don’t intentionally stifle you or shoehorn you into spending money.
