1. Added an option to change the colour of fence version 4

2. Added a new plot section to the farm shop menu and added the new plot "Egg Box Machine"

3. Changed the plot perk option so now you can change perks anytime and it will refund the diamonds if perk is lower value and if set to none it will refund the full amount if perk was saved

4. Added a new farm perk "Change All Fences" This will change every plot fence to the type selected and colour if fence can accept colours
