A wave of legendary weaponry from across the galaxy has arrived. Blasters are now available across the Island, Gold Llamas and Gold Supply Drops are packing Mythic weapons, including Lightsabers with Force abilities to master. Details below: 

🔄 Blitz Loot Pool Updates 

All Blasters drop as Uncommon/Rare floor loot, Epic in Gold Chests, and Legendary in Gold Supply Drops: 

• DC-15 Blaster

• DLT-19 Heavy Blaster

• ACP Scatter Blaster

• Jawa Blaster

• DL-44 Pistol

• F-11D Blaster Rifle

• CR-2 Blaster

Pop a Gold Llama and earn the rarest weapons in the galaxy: 

• DL-44 Pistol (Mythic)

• F-11D Blaster Rifle (Mythic)

Lightsabers and Force abilities can now be found in Gold Llamas and Gold Supply Drops. Master the Force with five new abilities: 

• Force Push

• Force Pull

• Force Lightning

• Force Saber Throw

• Force Throw

We’ve also made some changes to Boons and Medallions: 

• Added

  • Agile Aiming Boon - Aiming down sights (ADS) has reduced recoil and spread, increased movement speed

  • Phasma's Blaster Medallion - Reduces Blaster heat generation, allowing for faster cooldowns 

• Removed

  • Ringmaster Scarr’s Medallion

  • Wind Boon

Will map rotation ever come back? It made Blitz so much more fun

I agree, this is the main thing Blitz is missing in my opinion.

Fun loot pool, too many bots.

Too many bots for an account that isn't new.

Talking 100% bots some games, that needs to be fix immediately.

Ya'll are playing it a bit too safe up top.

Seems like ya'll want to have a multiplayer ecosystem, but want goad people into single-player-esque comfortability, when most of us want to show off our skins when we dominate, not when we're handed wins and participation trophies.

Additionally I find it funny the logic behind not letting people farm sprites in bot lobbies.... clearly you guys are familiar with the concept of "wins needed to be earned"....

Just some food for thought.

You could easily use a "celebratory emote" hidden stat system.

When people don't emote at end of game, it's because game was 90-100% bots (or rarely because game was simply way too easy that it felt like a bot game).

That's your metric for "oh wow, bots didn't work on these people"...

Or even better: Let us turn off Engagement Optimized Matchmaking in the settings... and you can hide that one from the noobs and casuals (heck they might not even look)

I genuinely don't even think player count is real anymore

I actually can't find games with real people at all anymore

Without exaggeration it's like 1/5 every game doesn't have bots

I feel like Epic employee read my comment and said "oh... he must want more bots", and 'hit the switch' on my account

Yes, I love it. But wawy w update.

When is Star wars going away. It's overplayed and BORING.

Please devs, it is time to say goodbye to the Star Wars stuff, change the map and make blitz awesome again. It is my favourite mode, I would really appreciate that.
