- Added options to disable Ice-cream and Nitro Fists separately through voting on an "ISLAND SETTINGS" board in the weapons area

- Added an admin message when Ice-cream or Nitro Fists are disabled

- Added timers to show when the polls can be started again

- Turned on infinite sprint

- Changed the color of text on NPC text bubble to black
