First of all, thank you for your patience while we resolved the unexpected bug that prevented players from prestiging. This issue was never intended and, unfortunately, it didn't appear during our end-to-end testing. We know how frustrating that was, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption.
The good news is that the issue has now been fixed, and prestiging is fully available again.
Because many of you weren't able to fully enjoy the Bonanza event while the bug was active, we're extending the event until Friday, 31st at 11:59 UTC so everyone has a fair chance to take part.
