Hey lena_glitch, just a quick issue that I've been having. After the winter update, the map is severely laggy and delayed for me and a lot of the time, it doesn't load me into the map. I've tried restarting my xbox, clearing out caches, rebooting fortnite but nothing works. I tried out other creative maps/battle royale and I don't experience any performance issues. I researched into it and I believe the addition of an extra 10 players in the map, along with the extra fireworks, winter additions and snow have overwhelmed the map beyond its capability, hence why its so laggy and delayed. Before the update, the game performance was good and had very minimal issues, and I'm not sure if others have the same issue as me but I was hoping something could be done to optimise it better for players during the winter update? Otherwise I'll unfortunately have to wait until the winter update is over to play comfortably again. Thank you!
Hey Tazzaramin! Thank you sooo so much for this detailed feedback. On my pc and ps5 everything runs smoothly so I wasn't aware of the issue. I'm gonna optimize everything now and try to push the update today so you can enjoy the winter wonderland with no lags 😂. Hi! I play the game a lot and I wanted to share some feedback and ideas.
I like that you removed the snow — the map looks cleaner now — but some of the recent changes feel a bit boring. Also, when a player dies instantly, it reduces the team feeling and teamwork. It might be better to add a small delay before a player fully dies so their team has time to help.
Another idea is to allow players to switch teams through a system or option in the game. You could also divide the teams into two roles like “Demons” and “Hunt” to make the gameplay clearer and more interesting.

Hello Lena for some reason when I go into the game it won't let me use any weapons or my pick ax ,it happened before but it regulated on it's own, it's been months now and It still won't work , I have tried reinstalling Fortnite and that didn't work , I also tried pushing it out of my games I play and it still doesn't work. I can't shoot any weapons or use any of the weapons at all.
