Happy New Year, everyone!

Thank you for sticking with me into 2026. This is a major update. I’ve spent the holidays overhauling the map and fixing the math "under the hood" to make the game feel better to play.

Massive Environment Overhaul

I have updated nearly all buildings on the map!

  • Walkable & Interactive: Buildings are no longer just decorations—they are now fully walkable spaces you can explore.

  • Setting the Stage (Rent & Tycoon): You might notice these buildings look ready for business. I am setting the stage for a future mechanic where you can rent and manage properties, which will launch in the next couple of updates.

Raider Fortresses & Conquest

I’m currently reworking all Raider Fortresses visually.

  • Visual Update Only: The locations look different now, but the conquest gameplay isn't active just yet.

  • Coming Soon: Over the next couple of updates, I will be introducing the ability to conquer these locations to earn a unique resource drip.

Progression Fixes

I’ll be honest—I’m more of an artist than a programmer, and I got the math wrong on the leveling curve!

  • The Fix: I’ve switched from an exponential curve to a Linear Curve. Leveling up should now feel much smoother and consistent.

Economy & Travel

  • Flexible Traders: All traders now accept all items!

    • Note: If you sell an item to a trader who doesn’t "need" it, they will buy it at a reduced price.

  • Encouraging Travel: Initially, I thought specialized traders would add strategy, but it just made everyone stay in their starter towns. These changes are designed to make the game more car-friendly and encourage you to explore the world.

Bug Fixes

  • Map System: The map is finally fixed! It always worked in my playtests, but for some reason, it defaulted to the original version in Live games. This is now resolved.

Support the Journey!

If you’re enjoying the updates, please give the map a Like and Favorite. It costs nothing but means the world to this one-man team.

Stay stoked,
